If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

• "Platform" refers to Business Clubhouse, including its mobile, web, and SaaS applications.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Organization" refers to a registered business or community operating within the Platform.
• "Services" refer to networking, marketplace, accelerator, ERP, events, AI tools, and other features provided.

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Organizations must provide accurate business registration details where applicable.
• By using the Platform, you confirm compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Unauthorized use of another User's account is strictly prohibited.

• The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers with different access rights.
• Payment terms are monthly, quarterly, annual, or lifetime depending on the selected plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Business transactions conducted via marketplace, events, or staff augmentation services are subject to service fees.

The Platform provides the following services:

• Users shall not upload or distribute false, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Users shall not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Users shall not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform.
• Users shall respect intellectual property rights of other members and businesses.
• Users are responsible for compliance with applicable export control and data privacy laws.

• Users retain ownership of content they create and upload.
• By posting content, Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or sale of Platform content is prohibited.

• The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods and services listed.
• Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying authenticity, negotiating terms, and completing transactions.
• Disputes between Users must be resolved directly unless Platform intervention is necessary under compliance obligations.

• Third-party services, fintech partners, coworking providers, and other collaborators may integrate with the Platform.
• Users engaging with partner services are bound by the partner's terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• Affiliate and referral programs are subject to separate commission rules and performance monitoring.

• AI-generated recommendations, content, or automation results are provided for informational purposes only.
• Users are solely responsible for decisions made using AI tools such as AI MVP Builder or AI Marketing Automation Agent.
• The Platform disclaims liability for errors, inaccuracies, or damages arising from AI use.

• The Platform collects, stores, and processes personal and business data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Industry-standard security measures are implemented, but absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their own devices and network connections.

• All Platform trademarks, branding, software, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Business Clubhouse.
• Users shall not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell Platform software without authorization.

• The Platform may suspend or terminate User accounts for breach of these Terms.
• Users may request account deletion at any time, subject to compliance and financial settlement obligations.
• Termination does not waive outstanding payment or legal obligations.

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• The Platform is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of services, marketplace, ERP, AI tools, or third-party integrations.
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and liabilities resulting from misuse of the Platform.

• The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Platform's registered headquarters, without regard to conflict of law principles.
